据路透社报道，OpenAI已同意以约30亿美元的价格收购人工智能辅助编码工具Windsurf，Bloomberg News周一报道了这一消息，消息来源称交易尚未完成。
Windsurf此前名为Codeium，最近曾与General Catalyst和Kleiner Perkins等投资者洽谈，以30亿美元的估值筹集资金。
该交易将成为OpenAI迄今为止最大的一次收购，进一步增强ChatGPT的编码能力。
